Mobile Response
Support that meets you where you are.
Free and anonymous mobile response services for those struggling with mental health and substance use in Central and Western Maryland.
Connecting individuals to compassionate care.
Our team of clinicians, peers, and nurses work in tandem with our call center team to be the first responders to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Our responders are available 24/7 to help residents seeking assistance from community providers, hospitals, and police in the least restrictive alternative available. This service helps reduce ER wait times and police involvement.
We provide comprehensive clinical assessments and crisis intervention services, which include safety planning, de-escalation, follow-up care, resource connection, and transportation.
In cases of higher-acuity mental health crises occurring in Baltimore City, our Crisis Response Team (CRT) is dispatched alongside the Baltimore Police Department.
