    988 Call Center

    Providing 24/7 service answering the 988 Helpline for Central Maryland, the 988 National Backup helpline, and 988 Text & Chat.

    911 Diversion

    Diverting non-emergency calls to behavioral health resources. Conducted in partnership with Baltimore City agencies.

    Mobile Response

    Access on-demand, in-person response teams consisting of a licensed or credential clinician and a peer specialist.

  • Substance Use Urgent Care Center

    Access immediate, 24/7 short-term stabilization and support for substance use-related emergencies. Located in West Baltimore.

    Residential Services

    Access residential services for mental health crises and/or substance use disorders. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, the uninsured, and veterans. Located in West Baltimore.

    Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion

    Redirecting low-level offenders engaging in misdemeanor crimes to community-based services instead of prosecution or incarceration.

    Extreme Protective Orders

    Request a court order to temporarily prevent a person showing signs of threatening behavior from accessing firearms.
