If a designated purpose is no longer necessary, feasible, or permitted, CarePoint Response may redirect the funds to a purpose that most closely aligns with the donor’s original intent, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Donors are responsible for retaining donation receipts and other records necessary to substantiate their charitable contributions.

5. Donation Acknowledgments and Receipts

When applicable, CarePoint Response may provide an electronic or other acknowledgment of a donation.

The donor is responsible for providing accurate contact and email information necessary to receive an electronic receipt or acknowledgment.
