Helping Teams Heal After Difficult Incidents
We offer structured, facilitated group conversation, also known as Critical Incident Debriefing, 3-5 days after a highly stressful or traumatic incident has occurred.
Critical Incident Stressors can include death, robbery, mass casualties, threat of personal injury/death, workplace violence, and accidents involving loved ones.
Sessions are led by trained therapists and clinicians.
Behavioral Health Trainings and Workshops
We offer a variety of trainings and tailored workshop options led by licensed experts for you and your team, organization to understand best practices for treating mental health crises and navigate traumatic events.

For Law Enforcement
We work directly with Baltimore Police Department to offer up-to-date Crisis Intervention Trainings (CITs) and workshops for the continuing education of their staff. These trainings allow officers to better assess the needs of the community and how to provide best first responder services to individuals in crisis without escalation.
